Common questions

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password". We email a six-digit code that works for 15 minutes.

How do I cancel? In the app, open Settings, then "Manage subscription". Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I delete my account? In the app, open Settings, then "Delete my account". This deletes your sessions and notes and cancels any subscription. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
